Remote Management Software
Adams Group automatically and remotely deploys the latest version of TeamViewer Host for remote management of computer endpoints. This software should be automatically installed when your device is issued to you, and should be maintained through no required interaction. TeamViewer Host should automatically started upon logon; however, if there is an instance where this software fails to start, you may open your start menu, type "TeamViewer Host" and start the program manually.
If you find that your company-issued computer does not have TeamViewer Host, you may download the latest version by clicking this link.
If you're unable to access that link or install the software, TeamViewer deploys software known as QuickSupport for occasions when a user doesn't carry the proper permissions to install third party softwares on their device. If this is the case for you, you can access TeamViewer QuickSupport by clicking this link.
In either case, you'll download the software at either link, locate the downloaded file (likely in your Downloads folder), launch and process the installation. Upon the completion of the installation, you will be presented with a TeamViewer product that provides you with an ID and Passcode that you'll provide to a verified member of the Adams Group support team. It is very important to note that you must not provide this information to anyone else as it will give access to your workstation, as well as the corporate network. If you have questions pertaining to this, please submit at ticket.
